Returns + Refunds
All eligible returns must be made within 7 days for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY, as our designs are handmade and produced in small batches. Please read the details carefully to ensure eligibility.
Timeline

For all eligible items, we offer store credit or exchange ONLY within 7 days of delivery. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hair pieces & accessories (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- All Sale items are final and we cannot offer store credit or exchange for them
Please note personalised orders are non-returnable. Customized products are made specifically for you and therefore refunds and exchanges or cancellations are not applicable with these items.
Original condition
Please ensure that all original packaging, such as gift boxes, pouches, tags, and earring cards, is included with your return. Pack your items carefully. Please note that we retain the right to decline returns for products that have been worn, stained, or modified in any way.
Return shipping costs
Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer.
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or store credit will be issued to you within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to show in your account. If you choose to exchange an item, we will process the exchange item order as soon as we receive your return.
Faulty Goods
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged. If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via Mahasta.info@gmail.com. Attaching images of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".
UNDELIVERED PARCELS
- If you are not at home
- If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel
- If the delivery address is incorrect
- If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only)
the parcel is returned to us.
When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
Misc.
While we do our best to provide a true and accurate representation of our items, please note that item colors may vary slightly from images due to photography, screen settings, and environmental factors.
Our items are limited quantity and small batch products, and many handmade. Therefore, there may be minor differences or slight size variances which can occur in handmade products.
