Dispatch Timelines
All orders are shipped out of Chilliwack, Canada. Orders of in stock items ship in 1-5 business days from purchase date, unless item is a pre-order item or otherwise specified in listing details.
If you've ordered a "pre-order" item, or made to order item, your order will ship once all the items on your order are available.
All veils, gloves, bows and personalized mini jewelry boxes are made to order. We have the following production times for our items. If you need something sooner, please reach out as rush orders are available!

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time.
We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

Pre-Order Items
Payment for the item will be taken at the time the order is placed and your card will be charged. If you have purchased any additional items that are currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you require certain items before your item arrives, we recommend placing separate orders.
